What are the Learning Outcomes?
After this session, you will be able to:
- Use the core terminology correctly (model, generative model, agent) and describe the four positions of human oversight.
- Describe the main opportunities and challenges of agentic AI in compliance, and name the bodies and instruments now shaping expectations.
- State the themes that recur across that guidance: governance, human accountability, audit and testing, and staff capacity and competency.
- Explain the three jobs of the agentic-era practitioner, and which of the Standard's eight principles serves each one.
How long should the course take?
The course should take you roughly two - three hours.

You will be assessed at the end of the course with a series of multiple choice questions.
